A layer of mascarpone enhanced with almond praline, white chocolate and genuine Bourbon vanilla, with a second, intense coffee chocolate layer made from dark chocolate, a coffee couverture, freshly ground coffee and a generous dash of rum, coated top and bottom with a wafer-thin coffee couverture and covered all over in a fine milk chocolate coat with a 50% cacao content.
